CRISIS MANAGEMENT HISTORY

For more than 15 years I was responsible for all aspects of the Crisis Management Programs at our company, including chemical spills, food safety issues, manufacturing incidents, international situations and others.  This not only included handling a crisis, but also instituting the system for Crisis Management.  This system included plan development and implementation, facility preparation, participant training, on-site crisis drills, and all the other aspects necessary for crisis readiness.

·        Developed and implemented all systems for Crisis Management effort including crisis handbook, crisis training, crisis room design and setup, and crisis equipment procurement, and environmental policy development.

·        Developed and managed all crisis communications materials to address chemical spills, food safety issues, manufacturing incidents, international situations and others, resulting in continuation of the company's positive reputation, business and customer relationships.

·        Developed strategy and acted as representative and liaison for the corporation with various industry associations and coalitions for the purpose of positively addressing public perception of the industry as well as addressing potential “negative impact” situations.

·        Integrated corporate objectives, strategies and public perceptions into the development and management of communications programs and materials for internal and external audiences.
