Ed Sabala has spent over twenty years in advertising, crisis communications, marketing, and management positions in both large and small business
environments. In addition to his business background, he served as a spokesman
for the agricultural chemicals industry as well as serving on numerous
committees for related associations. He developed both Grassroots and Crisis
Management programs for his companies, which further served as industry
templates. Prior to founding One on One Communications Management, Sabala was
Director of Corporate Communications for a leading chemical manufacturer and a
senior executive with an Agricultural Chemical publisher. Sabala was also
responsible for re-establishing the company and business of C&P Press, Inc.
following the
9/11 attack on the World Trade Center, where the business was located.
Sabala received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Ohio University in 1969, and
received his Teaching Certification from Baldwin-Wallace College in 1974. He
also attended various Advanced Programs for Management Development at both the
Harvard Business School and Kellogg’s Business School. He is located at the
company's headquarters in Timonium, Maryland.
